OK, I created a new page entitled
Q and A, where all your
comments and questions are addressed. Well, not all of them. But a
lot of e-mails ask questions that I think would be interesting or helpful to the
rest of you, so I'll just put them on the "Q and A" page. And the answer
to your most commonly asked question is...I don't know when I'm going back to
